After many years of experience as a pizza maker spent learning the different types of pizza and processes, I decided it was time to create my own business. One day on holiday at a festival, I happened to see some people selling pizza in a gazebo, and that’s when the perfect idea hit me. (https://preciousmomentschapel.org/) With the help of people close to me and after years of sacrifices, I managed to design and build my Pizza Truck: a veritable pizzeria on wheels complete with a Neapolitan wood-fired oven. And that’s how we started off on our first pizza tour across Spain! We started out at music festivals where we made pizza for Spanish and international audiences to sample. Given how well the product was received, we decided to expand our business to private parties and other kinds of events.
Our catering service combines the flair of experienced Italian pizza masters with years of research and experimentation into the best dough and the best ingredients – all strictly Italian.
Bring your party to life with a unique experience! We will put on a live cooking show for your guests by working our pizza-spinning magic, just like in real Neapolitan pizzerias. This mouth-watering, all-Italian experience combines taste and entertainment to delight your guests.
We can either use our authentic food truck with wood-fired oven, or, for smaller spaces, our portable artisan wood fired oven offers an ideal catering solution.
We will set up the work space and everything needed for the pizza-making show. All you need to do is let yourself be carried away by our flavours and our Italian traditions.
We use only the highest quality products and work with companies operating in Spain that import excellent Italian ingredients.
The dough is made with wholemeal flour and sourdough yeast, then stretched by hand after a long fermentation process, which gives the pizza a special lightness and makes it highly digestible. We source real Italian mozzarella from dairies in southern Italy that respect ancient production traditions. Our authentic tomatoes from the San Marzano PDO consortium guarantee a sensory experience that will tantalise your tastebuds.
