After many years of experience as a pizza maker spent learning the different types of pizza and processes, I decided it was time to create my own business. One day on holiday at a festival, I happened to see some people selling pizza in a gazebo, and that’s when the perfect idea hit me. With the help of people close to me and after years of sacrifices, I managed to design and build my Pizza Truck: a veritable pizzeria on wheels complete with a Neapolitan wood-fired oven. And that’s how we started off on our first pizza tour across Spain! We started out at music festivals where we made pizza for Spanish and international audiences to sample. Given how well the product was received, we decided to expand our business to private parties and other kinds of events.
